Mirai City is a sci-fi/fantasy campaign setting focused on the eponymous Mirai City itself. This walled city in the heart of Japan is a bustling hub of technological progress, at least 30 years ahead of everyone and everywhere else... and the only place in the world with a program that can induce superhuman psionic powers in students. Although it borrows technological elements from cyberpunk, Mirai City leans more towards techno-progressiveism and being ecologically friendly, and bills itself as a safe place to work or study at the highest level possible in the modern world. Of course there are still problems within the city, lying under its layer of gleaming glass-and-steel modernity – unethical experiments, classism based on wealth and superpowers, and practitioners of the Old Ways unhappy with the city’s plans for progress – and that way, adventures lie...
