LEVEL 5 STUDENT LIST

#1: Variable (F / 15 / Equation Alteration) Long shaggy white hair, red eyes, dresses mostly in black. Privately tutored, class of one (her), paid for by the city. Never present for public demonstrations or as a city representative to the rest of the world. Known to get in a lot of fights, so far unbeaten. Has been always been top of the Level 5 ranking.

#2: Setsuna Aito (F / 16 / Dark Matter) Long smooth black hair in hime-cut, always perfectly styled. Public persona is very ‘yamato nadeshiko’ and she often shows up as a high-Level city representative. Full range of her powers generally unknown, but will manifest vaguely crystalline black wings.

#3: Ren Urahara (M / 16 / Spectra Switch) Attends expensive academy for high-Level students. Short brown hair, friendly, has occasionally damaged city property by accident. Can control and manipulate the electromagnetic spectrum, and sometimes does power demonstrations, but hasn’t been seen around recently.

#4: Hikaru Gleason (M / 18 / Dimension Door) Wavy hair, long enough to just barely tie back. More private person, has avoided spotlight last couple years in particular. Can open portals to alternate realities and bring things through.

#5: Keishi Okuno (M / 16? / Mind Overhaul) Stylish, very popular at his school, captain of soccer team. Mental powers, including the ability to read minds and alter memories. Often serves as a city representative.

#6: Yue Mizuki (F? / ?? / Potentiate) Difficult to track down, unknown appearance. Ability noted as making people reach their ‘full potential’.

#7: Souma Yasuo (M / 14 / Cell Variant) Flat stare in all appearances, seems indifferent to praise or fame. Occasional participant in city events since being designated the 7th Level 5 a couple years ago. Can physically transform and regenerate.
